How We Calculate Free Shipping

The $100 threshold is based solely on your product subtotal. Here's exactly how it works: we add up the price of all the items in your cart, and if that total reaches $100 or more, you automatically qualify for free shipping.

Example 1: Qualifies for Free Shipping

Let's say you order:

• Face Wash ($35)
• Body Wash Set ($45)
• Moisturizer ($25)

Your product subtotal is $105, which exceeds our $100 minimum. You'll receive free standard shipping, even though taxes might bring your final total to something like $115.

Example 2: Does NOT Qualify for Free Shipping

Now imagine you order:

• Face Wash ($35)
• Single Body Wash ($40)

Your product subtotal is $75, which is below our $100 minimum. You'll be charged shipping costs based on your location, even if taxes bring your final checkout total above $100.

For Orders Under $100

When your product subtotal is below $100, shipping costs are calculated based on your zip code and the distance from our warehouse. You'll see the exact shipping cost during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Priority Shipping

For faster delivery, we offer priority shipping at an additional cost regardless of your order total. Priority orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days after they ship. Please note that priority shipping only reduces transit time after your order leaves our warehouse - it doesn't speed up our order processing time.
