Need to skip a shipment? Here’s how:

1. Use the same email address you used when placing your order.

2. Search your inbox for an email from [email protected] with the subject: “Subscription created”.

3. Open the email and click “View subscription.”

4. From that page, choose the option to skip your next shipment.
